Junction City's most famous event is the Scandinavian Festival which draws thousands of visitors throughout the region. Celebrating the town's strong Scandinavian heritage, Junction City is transformed into a charming old world town complete with windmills, ethnic dress, dancing and Scandinavian treats.
In the winter, the Parade of Lights livens up the city streets as families line the sidewalks to see lighted floats.
Come out to enjoy mile after mile of golden daffodils. This year's festivals includes: free entertainment, a classic car display, wagon rides, art show, berry bars, quilt displays, craft booths, and of course, all the daffodils are just a few of the things that draw people of all ages.
