The exhibition features the work of more than ten members of The Plein Air Painters of Lane County, including Jerry Ross, Horst Hittenberger and Victoria Biedron. “En plein air” is a French expression that means "in the open air" and is particularly used to describe the act of painting outdoors. “Dans L'été” means “in the summer.” The oil and watercolor paintings depict the Lane County landscape from “Rose Garden Summer” and “Mt. Pisgah Oaks” to “Summer Light on Lynx Hollow.”
