New Eugene, Cascades & Coast Dining Guide Released

Eugene, Ore. - A new guide to local restaurants, cafés, bakeries, brewpubs and wineries throughout the Eugene, Cascades and Coast region is now available.

The 44-page Eugene, Cascades & Coast Dining Guide, produced by Travel Lane County, features 135 venues, with details including menu descriptions, price ranges, accepted credit cards, outdoor dining availability, entertainment options and wheelchair accessibility. Maps highlight the location of each venue. 

The free guide is designed for both visitors and residents. Guides are available at the Eugene, Cascades & Coast Adventure Center at 3312 Gateway St., in Springfield; the Downtown Visitor Center at 754 Olive St., in Eugene; or by calling Travel Lane County at 541.484.5307.

Visitors to the Eugene, Cascades and Coast region generated $150.9 million on food and beverage-related expenditures, making it the leading category of visitor spending in 2010.

Travel Lane County is a private, nonprofit association dedicated to economic development through visitor spending. In 2010 visitors to Lane County generated more than $536 million in spending for Lane County's economy. Travel Lane County is funded by room tax paid by visitors using area lodging facilities and campgrounds.
