Visitor Industry Celebration Sponsor Opportunities
There are several types of sponsorship opportunities available to members for this annual event which includes dinner, video and award presentations that celebrate the industry and honor outstanding businesses and individuals for their dedication to tourism in the Eugene, Cascades & Coast region.
Over 800 individuals and businesses are invited to help our industry celebrate the successes of the past year. It is promoted through printed invitations, e-newsletters and special announcements. Approximately 180 people attend.
Title Sponsor – $3,500 (filled)
- Banner displayed at event
- Opportunity to speak at opening of the event
- Logo on invitations as the title sponsor
- Logo on programs
- Logo on Visitor Industry Celebration web page
- Logo in special e-announcement
- Reserved table at front of room for eight guests with company name on table
- Mentioned in Press Release to local media
Video Sponsor – $1,500
Videos are produced for several award categories for the nominees and winners.

Program/Invitation – $1,000
Invitation and programs printed on recyclable paper products. Approx. 1,000 pieces printed.
