Members of Travel Lane County benefit from industry representation, informational resources; collective marketing; and access to affordable advertising targeted specifically to visitors planning to travel to the region, and visitors (and residents) who are already here.

Website and Mobile Presence
Members are listed online depending on membership package and category selection. Please periodically check your account information and descriptions to make sure they are accurate and compelling.
Listings in Eugene, Cascades & Coast Official Publications.
Members with the Tourism Marketing Package, will be included as a listing in the Visitor Guide, and restaurants will be included in the Dining Guide.
Display Brochures at the Downtown Eugene Visitor Center
Provide 50 brochures (or 25 business cards) for distribution to visitors at our downtown location. Please check back periodically to maintain inventory.
Free Event Listings Online
Submit your event listings to our Calendar of Events. We draw from this database for weekly on-air radio promotions, a twice weekly eNewsletter, and to highlight upcoming events at our visitor centers. You don't need to be a member to submit events, but you do need to be a member to opt-in to featured event placement or other event promotion.
Promote Deals and Discounts Online
We promote members' short-term special offers via our Deals & Discounts web pages and mobile site. Members are responsible for uploading their deals online. Travel Lane County conducts periodic targeted campaigns driving traffic specifically to these pages.
Room Availability Lists for Lodging Members
During high-volume events like football games, track meets, conventions or UO graduation; Travel Lane County staff maintains room-availability lists to assist visitors in locating rooms. This is a very popular service.
Inclusion in Timely Handouts and Online Reference Guides for Vsitors
Travel Lane Country frequently compiles speciality directories for visitors depending on high volume interests or need. It could be holiday dining hours, late-night dining offerings, nearby bicycle shops, or local antiques stores. These lists may be distributed at conferences, hotel front desks, in welcome packets, at information tables or posted online. Members will be given the opportunity to participate first.
Member-to-Member Promotions
Take advantage of special advertising perks or other deals offered exclusively to our members by our members. This may include discounted advertising space, web design services or other unique offers. Likewise, offer a special from your company to other members and enjoy extra inside promotion.
Member Events and Networking
Build valuable relationships within the industry and our community at one of the many member events hosted by Travel Lane County. This includes Tourism Forums, member orientations, seminars and trainings, meetings, and gala events. If you would like to host an open house or sponsor an event, please let us know.
Membership Spotlight
Showcase your organization, products and services to the Travel Lane County staff. This is essential for new members and a great idea for long-time members. The more we know more about you and your business, the better we can market you to our clients. Everyday our staff is out in the field working with meeting planners, the media and visitors; an opportunity to promote you specifically could happen anytime, especially when the knowledge is fresh. Spotlights are held every other month.
"Market Your Business" Training and Member Orientation
Learn how our organization works for you, familiarize yourself with available resources and advertising options within Travel Lane County. Maximize your membership through full participation in a variety of programs. This is essential for new members and a great refresher for long-time members.

Explore the wide range of marketing opportunities exclusive to Travel Lane County members. These provide you with additional exposure beyond your basic membership and include trade shows, research tours and more. Some are at no cost and others at affordable rates.

Monthly Member Update eNewsletter
Members will be regularly advised of advertising add-ons and free marketing opportunities as they arise. Advance notice of industry trainings, programs and local calendars will be routinely distributed.

Manage your membership through our extranet system to make account and listing updates; view statements; keep tabs on your website listing and coupon stats; manage leads, media coverage, and event attendance; and to stay informed.
