Submit an Event

Welcome to the Eugene, Cascades & Coast Event Listing Request Form

  • Please submit event at least two weeks prior to event date although earlier is better as we sometimes submit items to regional and national media calendars
  • Event must occur within Lane County (some Travel Lane County membership exceptions exist)

Please fill out the fields below in order to have your events listed in our online calendar. Want to enter another event? Click the Submit Then Clone button. Your first event will be sent to us and you will see another form in which to change any data for your next event.

This calendar is not meant to be an all-inclusive community calendar. See Guidelines & Instructions for more information.

We appreciate your time and energy in adding your events and thank you for providing us with this valuable information.

It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added. You will be notified if your event can not be approved.
