Riparian Tours is offering special #getintheboat! pricing for the summer months of June, July and August on the “town float” from Island Park to Alton Baker. This float begins just over the bridge in Springfield and ends near Cuthbert Amphitheatre in Alton Baker park. If you have ever wondered what the view from under the I-5 bridge looks like, wanted to see the Autzen footbridge from the river or wondered what the islands through town are like from the river perspective – this is your float! This tour is about two hours in duration, so the time and logistical commitments are low. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
Riparian Tours offers leisurely floats in a McKenzie river drift boat down the McKenzie or Willamette Rivers. Take in the sights on these half or full day guided eco-tours and learn all about the history, watersheds, plant and animal life and conservation efforts. Half-day float includes snacks and beverages, full day float includes either lunch or dinner made from all locally sourced products. Owner Randy Turney has over 30 years experience on the river.
