Deep Woods Distillery by Colin Morton

Local Spirits

Tour the region's local distilleries and taste exquisite whisky, vodka, gin and liqueurs. Many of the region's distilleries have pledged themselves to sustainability. They have formed partnerships with local vendors to source their ingredients. Thinking Tree Spirits uses grain from Camas Country Mill and molasses from Glory Bee. Swallowtail Spirits links up with Mountain Rose Herbs. Wolf Spirit suggests pairing their vodka with Genesis Juice and Lola's Fruit Shrubs. Deep Woods Distillery makes cocktail tastes using Cascadia Nectar syrups and bitters. And Elixir touts the ultra-pure McKenzie River water as one of their prize building blocks for their award-winning liqueurs.
