Distillery Tours

Tour the region's local distilleries and taste exquisite whisky, vodka, gin and liqueurs.

For eclectic and entertaining stories, sip "Fir of the Doug" with the gregarious owner of Deep Woods Distillery. For exquisite cocktail presentations, discuss drink recipes with Kylie Akin the proprietor of Crescendo Spirits. And for a step-by-step tour of distilling, sign up at Heritage Distilling Co. If you are inspirited to customize a cask of your own distinct flavor profile they even offer a "Cask Club". Each distiller brings their own unique personality to the tasting room.

Local Spirits

Many of the region's distilleries have pledged themselves to sustainability. They have formed partnerships with local vendors to source their ingredients.

Thinking Tree Spirits uses grain from Camas Country Mill and molasses from GloryBee. Swallowtail Spirits infuses Mountain Rose Herbs and partners with Ninkasi on their Irish-style whiskey. Wolf Spirit suggests pairing their vodka with Genesis Juice and Lola's Fruit Shrubs. Deep Woods Distillery makes cocktail tastes using Cascadia Nectar syrups and bitters. And Elixir touts the ultra-pure McKenzie River water as one of their prize building blocks for their award-winning liqueurs.
