#instaballet combines professional ballet dancers with a random audience by using audience ideas and suggestions to shape a new dance in real time, resulting in community-created art and a ton of fun. No dance experience is needed, and all ages are welcome to this free event. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on, and join the audience outside on the Sheldon Community Center grounds.
Formed in 2013 by Eugene-based dancers Suzanne Haag and Antonio Anacan, #instaballet is an interactive way to experience ballet and choreography.
