CANCELED Eugene's Black Communities - Then and Now

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED. Event organizer(s) have canceled this event to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.

Join Lyllye Reynolds-Parker, Deborah Reynolds, Elder Roy Samuels, Jennifer Broadous-Scurlock and Callan Coleman as they share stories from Eugene's civil rights years and their ongoing experiences as members of Eugene's Black community. Held at The Museum of Natural and Cultural History and moderated by Oregon Black Pioneers President Willie Richardson, this panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

This event is part of a series of evening talks at the museum led by a diverse array of experts and advocates that discuss issues of scientific, cultural and social justice topics.
