This event has been canceled. Radio Redux presents "Stagecoach," the tale of an alcoholic doctor, a pregnant soldier's wife, a whiskey salesman, a prostitute chased out of town and a fugitive, as they find trouble at every turn when they board a stagecoach crossing the desert in in the Wild West of 1880. Based on a popular short story by former Eugene writer Ernest Haycox, the 1939 film ranks among the top ten films in the Western genre. Follow along as the actors voice and act out the characters in a behind-the-scenes, live look into radio production. Sound effects are made the old-fashioned way, right in front of the audience and sets and costumes are reminiscent of the Golden Age of Radio.
This show was originally scheduled April 3, 2020 but postponed to July 17 due to COVID-19. It is now canceled.
