Celebrate Mexican history, traditions and folklore at Noche Cultural! The highlight of the event will be demonstrations of horsemanship and roping, known as Charrería. This sport has served as a foundation of Mexican identity and is designated Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Experience the best of Mexican culture and community through folkloric dancing and traditional music. Noche Cultural is intended to be a great experience for children to interact with culture relevant to their heritage or to experience a new culture they may not otherwise have an opportunity to see. Participate in family activities, taste traditional cuisine at food booths and listen to live entertainment. Food and beer will be available to purchase all day, while family activities such as sack races, piñatas and horse rides and entertainment from Mariachi Monumental and Folkloric Ballet will take place from 3 - 6 p.m. From 7:30 - 10 p.m. there will be an open dance floor with live music from X-Tranos Musical and Los Incomparables de Tijuana.
