TrackTown Fitness is a free community fitness program based on the concepts first taught by University of Oregon track and field coach Bill Bowerman more than 50 years ago. His community jogging classes are credited with sparking the running boom in the U.S. and TrackTown USA is using those same principles to help anyone achieve their fitness goals. TrackTown Fitness will prepare participants for the Eugene Marathon, Half Marathon and 5k on May 6 - 7th, but everyone is welcome at TrackTown Fitness, whether you plan to participate in a Eugene Marathon event or not.
