"Tristan und Isolde" at the Hult Center

This November, the Eugene Symphony continues its three-year exploration of Richard Wagner's classic, three-act opera, "Tristan und Isolde."

Performed once in Oregon nearly half a decade ago, this operatic masterpiece will be paired with French composer Lili Boulanger's shimmering miniature about springtime, and conductor Francesco Lecce-Chong will set the stage with a captivating examination of what makes Wagner’s music so moving.

The Eugene Symphony is an orchestra whose mission is enriching lives through the power of music. Since 1982, the orchestra has taken up residence in the Hult Center of the Performing Arts, a performing arts venue and a cornerstone in downtown Eugene's arts and culture district.
