The 16th annual Oregon Truffle Festival (OTF) invites truffle lovers from around the world to appreciate, learn about and explore truffles from in and around the Willamette Valley. Growing conditions in the valley are perfectly suited to truffles and the word is getting out. This year the event will be virtual.
The James Beard Award-winning chef of Paley’s Place and longtime Oregon truffle champion, Chef Vitaly, will host a multi-course dinner party cooking class with Stephen Hagen, farmer and winemaker at Antiquum Farm. Antiquum Farm is a small winery in Junction City that has been a leader in regenerative farming for more than two decades. Chef Vitaly and Stephen will cook from their respective homes, sharing tips and stories, as you cook along side them in your home.
Tickets to this event include recipes for the full menu, two wines from Antiquum Farm, fresh Oregon truffles, truffle-infused butter and chocolates from artisan chocolatier David Bacco, and an Oregon Truffle Festival truffle shaver. Recipes, truffle box and wines will be shipped ahead of the class time. Only a limited number of packages are available.
