The "Walk with a Ranger" series returns to Cape Perpetua Scenic Area to offer visitors the chance to go on a guided hike with retired Chief Park Ranger Michael Noack. The easy-to-moderate hikes give visitors to the Oregon Coast an opportunity to learn more about the natural and cultural history of a unique habitat. During the 75-to-95 minutes walks, Michael will share information about the local flora and fauna. Participants should dress for variable coastal weather and bring comfortable shoes and water.
Attending "Walks with a Ranger" talks is free, but a day-use fee or recreation pass is required to park within Cape Perpetua Scenic Area.
