Lake Creek Falls comprises a series of small waterfalls, part of which mimics a long ramp before plunging 10 ft (3 m). Thus, known as the "rock slides." Extreme caution is urged for swimming due to fast currents, unstable and slippery rocks and hidden debris. Also known as Triangle Lake Falls. As part of the Siuslaw River watershed and the Bureau of Land Management fish ladder, it's a great location to watch salmon and steelhead migrate upstream to spawn. Fishing is prohibited. This site offers a parking lot, interpretive kiosk, portable toilet and garbage cans. Alcohol is banned. Here is a PDF brochure for the area: https://www.blm.gov/or/resources/recreation/files/brochures/Lake%20Creek.pdf
