ROSS KANAGA

Ross manages a shared-use incubator kitchen for small food businesses and start-ups at Sprout! Regional Food Hub, a program that uses food to literally grow the local economy. This program is part of NEDCO (Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation). Ross' background is in economics, non-profit food programming and culinary arts. Before NEDCO, Ross worked at FOOD for Lane County and completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Thailand. Ross has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Minnesota and graduated with distinction in Economics from St. Olaf College. In his free time he is the founder of www.bikeinshapes.com, a monthly community bicycle ride in Eugene-Springfield.

MICAH ELCONIN

Micah Elconin is the founder and principal of Season to Taste, a consulting firm focused on growing small to mid-sized food businesses to create stronger regional food economies. He leverages over a decade of experience as a food entrepreneur, non-profit manager, analyst, teacher, professional chef and amateur gardener to provide a diverse set of services that address the common pain points of regional food business. He is on the board of Willamette Farm and Food Coalition and an active member of Slow Money Southern Willamette Valley. Micah holds an MBA from the University of Oregon, BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara and dual certificates from Bauman College. He's also an avid rock climber and cyclist.
