Travel to Eugene is easy by air, rail or interstate.

Air Service & Airports

Fly direct to Eugene with air service by Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Avelo Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines and United Airlines. Direct flights to the Eugene Airport (EUG) arrive and depart from these major cities:

In addition to the Eugene Airport, the region offers five smaller airports including the popular hobbyist airport in Creswell and the Florence Municipal Airport on the Oregon Coast.

Air tours by helicopter, bi-plane and private planes are also available.

Train Service

The Amtrak Cascades passenger trains connect Eugene, Portland, Seattle and Vancouver B.C. on a daily schedule. Free wireless Internet service is available in coach and business class cars on all Amtrak Cascades trains.

The Coast Starlight offers additional service connecting Eugene to West Coast cities on a route from Los Angeles to Seattle. Sleeping cars and a Dining Car are offered so passengers may travel in comfort.

The Amtrak train station is located in the heart of downtown Eugene with non-attended free short-term and long-term pay parking available. The Eugene Station lobby, baggage check and ticketing are open from 5:15 a.m. - 9 p.m. Most trains are bike-friendly, so come ready to roll!

Taxi & Shuttle Service

Take a taxi from the Amtrak station or the Eugene Airport for convenient and comfortable service to your destination. Taxis and shuttles are available throughout the Eugene - Springfield area, along with Florence on the Oregon Coast. Traveling by taxi is a safe and easy way for you and your group to enjoy the area, including our many award-winning wineries, microbreweries, restaurants and bars. Ridesharing companies such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the Eugene - Springfield metro area.

Lane Transit District (LTD), our award-winning public transportation system in Eugene - Springfield offers service seven days a week that includes event shuttles for large sporting events, fairs and festivals. EmX is a dedicated rapid transit line for the bus system, connecting many hotels, convention venues and sports facilities.

Hire a charter bus for wine tasting, casino excursions or a scenic drive along the McKenzie River. Shuttles for Eugene Airport transfers or transportation between hotels and meeting spaces are also available.
