Anne HallinanAnne M. Hallinan, CMP  Owner, Marrone Hallinan Event Management Founder, Tour de Lane Bicycle Rally

Anne Hallinan’s  more than 25 years experience planning and organizing meetings and events of all shapes and sizes has served national conventions, alpaca shows, grand openings and training events.

Her move in 2001 to Eugene inspired her to open a company, primarily as a contract conference manager for national associations, government agencies and various corporate clients.

During the great recession, Anne and fellow independent business owner Ian Scholz, who is deeply involved in cycling, discussed a way to be in more control of their destinies. One thing led to another and Tour de Lane was born.

In 2012, with the help of a tourism grant from Lane County, they launched Tour de Lane, a three day, non-competitive, bicycle rally based in Lane County, which attracts cyclists from all over the country. She continues to refine and improve this yearly event with the ultimate goal of seeing Tour de Lane on every cyclist's bucket list.
