Janelle BreedloveJanelle Breedlove – Group Housing Manager,
Eugene Cascades & Coast Sports Commission

Janelle works as the Group Housing Manager for the Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission. She has worked in the hospitality industry in Lane County as a hotel General Manager for thirty years, giving her diverse knowledge of Lane County and surrounding areas. She has worked closely with the University of Oregon to facilitate groups for sporting events, entertainment, and student life activities. In her downtime she enjoys taking pictures of the beautiful scenery that Oregon has to offer, spending time with her granddaughter, as well as cheering on the Oregon Ducks.

Natasha HerndonNatasha Herndon  Director of Sales & Marketing,
Valley River Inn

Natasha’s began her career in Australia at the Palmer Coolum Resort planning some of the country’s best Senior PGA Golf Championships with the greats Bubba Watson and Greg Norman. Moving to the United States in 1992 she continue her career in sports event management at Twin Lakes Golf & Swim Club and then continued on to the prestigious Toledo Country Club, Ohio with Top 10 US golf instructor Don Kotnick. Relocating to Oregon in 2009, Natasha continued in hotel group blocks for sporting events – Oregon Football, NCAA  Division | Track & Field Championships, USATF Outdoor Championships and now two U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Track & Field. Natasha has an extensive career in the hotel sports market which has allowed her to work with housing blocks for groups of all levels from club, high school, college and professional organizations here at the Valley River Inn.

Steven JonkerSteven Jonker – Housing and Reservations Manager,
Travel Portland

Steven was born and raised in a small town in the Netherlands and studied Hotel Management at Stenden University in Leeuwarden. He has been with Travel Portland since January 2014 as a Housing & Reservations Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the Travel Portland Housing Department. Prior to his tenure at Travel Portland, he worked for Hilton for 10 years in San Francisco and Portland as a Reservations Manager and in Revenue Management. Steven is passionate about animals, loves to spend time with his two Border/Aussies and will find any excuse to start a DIY project in and around the house.

Jeri McPhersonJeri McPherson – Area Director of Sales Eugene/Springfield, InnSight Hotel Management Group

Jeri McPherson has worked in the hospitality industry for 17 years with experience in all aspects of operations and sales. She joined InnSight in 2009 working with hotels in Washington, Medford and Eugene, before joining the area sales team for the Eugene area hotels in 2011. As an area sales manager, Jeri managed the sports market for five hotels including youth sports, university athletics and citywide events such as the U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Track & Field and USATF Outdoor Championships. Jeri is now the Area Director of Sales and in addition to sports, oversees five area sales managers for corporate, association, group and government markets.
