Bike Rentals, Bike Share & Bike Shuttles

See the region the way locals do — by bicycle! Miles of bike paths, bicycle-friendly public transportation, private shuttles and guide service, and bike-friendly businesses make cycling easy and fun. Scooter share is also coming in May 2022... stay tuned!

Rent a Bike

Bicycle rentals are available at local bike shops like Bicycle Way of Life in downtown Eugene. From electric bicycles and scooters to mountain bikes, find the perfect fit for your ride. For shorter rides, download an app and use Eugene's bike share, PeaceHealth Rides. Bike shops also offer tune-ups, repair, accessories and safety gear like helmets and lights — so if you brought your bike, stop in first to make sure it is ready to roll.

Bike Shuttles, Guides & Group Rides

Go with an experienced mountain biking guide to explore the best trails in the Cascade Mountains. Some outfitters offer shuttle service to mountain biking or cycling trailheads.

From Oakridge to the McKenzie River, coordinating with a bicycle shuttle service will make your ride efficient and more fun! Try one-way rides between mountain biking communities on bikeways like the Aufderheide or the McKenzie Pass Scenic Bikeway. Lane Transit District (LTD) offers bike-friendly buses with routes to McKenzie Bridge (#91) and the Diamond Express to Oakridge.

LinkLane's bus service from Eugene to Florence also offers bike-friendly transportation, space available. This twice daily shuttle also stops in Veneta and Mapleton. Enjoy rides along the coast or across the Willamette Valley!

Check with local bicycle organizations for upcoming group rides or cycling resources.
