Bohemia Mountain Trail #1440
The Bohemia Mountain Trail leads up a steep grade to the rocky summit of Bohemia Mountain, the highest point on the Cottage Grove District. On a clear day, view the peaks of the Cascade Range from Mount Hood to Mount Shasta. Wildflowers bloom along rock meadows and bluffs in late June.

General Information
Directions:ACCESS #1 (via Brice Creek): From Cottage Grove, OR, travel east on Row River Road 2400 for 19 miles to where it junctions with Brice Creek Road and Layng Creek Road. Keep right, following Brice Creek Road 2470 for 12 miles. (Note: Brice Creek Road number changes from County Road 2470 to Forest Road 22 at Champion Creek Road). Stay on Brice Creek Road for 12 miles and turn right onto Noonday Road 2212 (follow the signs to Fairview Peak) and travel for 6.7 miles to the junction of Forest Roads 2212 and 2212-767. Keep to the right of Forest Road 2212 for another 2.1 miles to the junction of Sharps Creek Road 2460. Continue left for 1.1 miles to the junction of Fairview Peak Road 2460-773.
ACCESS #2 (via Sharps Creek): From Cottage Grove, OR, travel east on Row River Road 2400 for 15.3 miles to Sharps Creek Road 2460. Stay to the left and continue on Forest Road 2460 for 7.3 miles to the junction of Fairview Peak Raod 2460-773. The last 5.5 miles of this route is rough, narrow and steep. This route is not recommended for low-clearance passenger cars. Use low gear and drive slowly and with caution.
The trailhead is 40 miles southeast of Cottage Grove, OR.
General Notes:
- Camping is available at Cedar Creek Campground on Brice Creek Road and at Mineral Campground on Sharps Creek Road. Dispersed camping (camping without facilities and outside of a developed campground) is available at Bohemia Saddle.
- Nearby hikes include Fairview Creek Trail at Mineral Campground and the Brice Creek Trail on Brice Creek Road.
