Begin with a 30 minute ride through forest and wetlands toward the sound of pounding surf and the smell of salt air. Suddenly, you are over a sand dune and on the beach for a breathtaking ride where you can walk or trot your horse.

Soak up all the wonders on this relaxing, picturesque ride with a view of the ocean. The dune is constantly being sculpted by the wind and rain. You never know exactly what you will see.

Horseback Morning Adventure Rides on Oregon Beaches

For Advanced Riders Only. This adventure is limited to a maximum of 6 riders and is ideal for experienced riders who want to trot and canter on the beach.

Horseback Sunset Beach Riding on the Oregon Coast

Experience the beach at sunset on horseback. This is a specialty ride offered when requested by a total of 6 to 12 riders and with reservations 48 hours in advance.

Horseback Corral Rides for Children

Designed for children 5 years and younger, this ride helps kids get acquainted with horseback riding. We will set up a horse for you as an adult to lead around in the corral.

Ride Notice: We cannot guarantee beach conditions ahead of time. If for any reason the beach is deemed unsafe by your guides, the rides will continue along an alternative trail. For High Tide information, please refer to www.saltwatertides.com and look for the Siuslaw river entrance information.
