"Grant's Getaways: Aufderheide Scenic Byway"
Starting at the McKenzie River Ranger Station and ending at the covered Office Bridge in Westfir, the Aufderheide does not disappoint those willing to give it a drive or a bike. Namesake landmarks, a trail through an old-growth forest, and spawning salmon headed up river are just a few of the sights to be appreciated just a short drive from Eugene.
