Eugene's Run Hub Northwest Recognized

Eugene, OR - Here in TrackTown, USA we regularly see the best runners in the world, so we shouldn't be surprised when a running store cracks the top 10.  Eugene’s Run Hub Northwest was recently selected as one of the top 10 running stores in America!

According to Diversified Communications, more than 330 stores across the nation were nominated this year and 60 were chosen as winners. Ten were then singled out as the very best. “It's definitely an honor to be recognized as a top running store in the country, much less a top 10 shop,” store owner Dustin Pearce said. “There are many areas that we can improve upon, but this lets me and our staff know that we must be doing a few things well to be recognized as a top 10 shop out of over 300.”

The winning stores were chosen based on nominations from customers and community members, online ratings, sponsoring vendor feedback and customer experience as judged by a secret shopper.

Thrilled to be recognized, Run Hub Northwest isn't resting on its laurels.

  • First Oregon store to feature Brooks Running’s Run Signature gait analysis. The program uses reflective sensors and video analysis to track the patterns of a runner’s knee, shin, ankle and foot as they run on a treadmill in the shop.
  • Reaching out to the community with runs every Wednesday at 5:30 a.m. & 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. Saturday (open to walkers and runners of any pace and ability), as well as running scavenger hunts, trail runs and other active events.

“I want to continue to make the customer experience awesome and unique,” Pearce said. “Whether that means bringing in new technology for our fitting process or doubling down on making enduring relationships with our customers, our service and customer experience in our store will always be a top priority.”
