EPIC Fitness Hosts Strong Man/Woman Championship

Oregon's Strongest Man/Woman Championship

Springfield, Ore. – Oregon's version of the world's strongest man/woman competition is coming to Springfield August 13-14. The inaugural EPIC Strength Fest is a sanctioned strongman national qualifying competition and includes the Showdown in Springfield Arm Wrestling Tournament.  

Register to compete or come be entertained with feats of strength! You've watched these strong man/woman competitions on TV and now you have the opportunity to experience it live!  
FAST FACTS:
Host: EPIC Fitness Solutions (790 30th St Building F Springfield, OR 97478)

When: Saturday, August 13 - Oregon Strongest Man and Woman (8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. weigh-in and event begins at 11:00 a.m.)
Sunday, August 14 -  MAS and Arm Wrestling (weigh- in 8:00-9:30 a.m. and tournament begins at 1:00 p.m.)

Ages: minimum age of 13 to participate

Cost: $80 entry fee to the Oregon Strongest Man and Woman Competition
$20 entry fee per hand for the Showdown in Springfield Arm Wrestling Tournament

No entry fee for spectators.  A $5 suggested donation will earn raffle tickets for great fitness related prizes.
