Springfield, Ore. – Fairfield Inn & Suites, a Marriot branded hotel, is is set to break ground at 9 am on Tuesday, August 21. Located at 3001 Franklin Boulevard, the Fairfield Inn will be located next to the Candlewood Suites. The Fairfield Inn & Suites is owned by Al and Tina Patel who, in additiion to the Candlewood Suites, own the Comfort Suites and the University Inn Eugene.
