From nearby activities at Valley River Center, downtown Eugene and downtown Springfield to Main Street activities in Junction City and Cottage Grove there is something for the little ones to show off their costume and collect treats.  For those up for a higher rating on the fright meter, the "Scare- C.R.O.W.
