Gryffs Pub Grand Opening Slated for June 15

Springfield, OR - What's cuter than a pub named for a fluffy dog? "Not much," noted Ashley Summers of Gryffs Pub in downtown Springfield. A part of the area's culinary scene for over a decade, Ashley says, "I'm incredibly excited to have a spot of my own and it's a thrill to build on the momentum in downtown Springfield."

Located at 720 Main Street, Gryffs features an outdoor patio and plenty of parking. The menu highlights  classic American pub food with a fun spin. Appetizers like fried avacados, mouth-watering burgers and many salad choices are complemented by an extensive cocktail list. The cocktails showcase Gryffs' creative side through a unique process of blending and mixing that reveals aromas and tastes that are certain to be memorable.

Currently in the middle of a soft opening, a grand opening is set for June 15 from 11 a.m. to midnight. Everyone is invited to stop by and participate in games and giveaways happening throughout the event.

Open for lunch and dinner, Gryffs' hours are Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. and 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Let Gryffs be your place to gather with family, friends and co-workers. Hang out for a meal or to simply grab snacks or drink.
