Distilleries

Craft distilleries are en-vogue, coinciding with the evolution of bartenders into mixologists. Local cocktails often include exciting nuances from homemade bitters and liqueurs to in-house juicing.

Sample the local spirits in warehouse tasting rooms or posh cocktail lounges. Follow the Eugene Distillery Trail to discover them all.

Distillery Tours

Tour the region's local distilleries and taste exquisite whisky, vodka, gin and liqueurs.

For eclectic and entertaining stories, sip "Fir of the Doug" with the gregarious owner of Deep Woods Distillery. Taste artfully crafted cocktails made with farm-to-flask spirits in a tasting room full of art at Thinking Tree Distilling. And for a step-by-step tour of distilling, sign up at Heritage Distilling Co. If you are inspirited to customize a cask of your own distinct flavor profile they even offer a "Cask Club". Each distiller brings their own unique personality to the tasting room.

Local Spirits

Many of the region's distilleries have pledged themselves to sustainability. They have formed partnerships with local vendors to source their ingredients.

Thinking Tree Spirits uses grain from Camas Country Mill and molasses from GloryBee. Wolf Spirit suggests pairing their vodka with Genesis Juice and Lola's Fruit Shrubs. Deep Woods Distillery makes cocktail tastes using Cascadia Nectar syrups and bitters.
