As we polish off the finishing touches on the Oregon Sports Summit, we have some information to get you ready on what you need to know before you go.
App
Download the event app now! When installing the app, you will need to use the email you used to register for the conference. If you have any issues downloading or accessing the app, the registration team will be able to assist you on site.
Schedule
The schedule of events is ready for you! Make sure to download the event app for the most up to date schedule and notifications. *Sessions & schedule subject to change.
Registration
No need to print anything!
Attire
Conference attire is business casual for all events, including the evening events. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature.
Parking
Free parking is available at the Valley River Inn.
Food
Friday and Saturday continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. The Friday evening Networking Reception will include appetizers, beer and wine tastings, and a cash bar.
