Once you have selected the Eugene, Cascades & Coast region as your convention destination, our Convention Services department will be ready to assist you in planning a successful, one-of-a-kind event. Our services include:

Attendance Building

• Media lists and local media assistance

Planning Assistance

• Ground transportation arrangements
