    Oakridge OR 97463

An easy and popular 6.6 mile (10.62 km) section of the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail (PCT) from Willamette Pass to Lower, Middle and North Rosary lakes. The trail can be icy at times at it meanders through shady woods but the first two miles are gentle. There is swimming off a rockslide and campsites at Lower Rosary Lake. Middle Rosary is the most scenic and makes for a great day hike. For overnights, hike to Maiden Peak Shelter, an additional five miles beyond North Rosary. The first-come, first-serve shelter sleeps 15 and has a wood stove. A Sno-Park Permit is required during winter.
