Situated on the banks of the majestic Willamette River, plus 15,000 square feet of meeting space and 259 guest rooms make this property perfect for meetings and events of all sizes. Event Spaces 

The property features eight different distinct venues, including three ballrooms, all named after Oregon rivers, plus smaller spaces perfect for breakout rooms. The spaces range from 330 square feet to 6,113 square feet with a 500-person banquet hall capacity and 800-person reception capacity. 

Willamette Ballroom 

This ballroom is the largest and offers a 1,900-square-foot foyer complete with built-in bar that is perfect for vendor tables, break snacks and beverages and pre-event networking. The ballroom can be divided into three different spaces.

The McKenzie Ballroom 

The McKenzie Ballroom offers 3,475 square feet of meeting space with 14’ floor-to-ceiling windows, classic decor and a designated dance floor.

Alsea/Siuslaw/Santiam Rooms 

These intimate breakout rooms are positioned beside the McKenzie Ballroom for easy transition between activities. They are 330 square feet each, with a capacity of 18 guests.  

Rogue/Umpqua Rooms 

These meeting rooms overlook the Willamette River from the second floor. They are between 660 and 900 square feet, fit for up to 90 guests each.
