The Venue
Venue 252 is a premier meeting venue that offers endless event possibilities in the heart of Eugene. This open space masterpiece looks contemporary, but has a rich history as the original building began as the Eugene Planing Mill. The contrast between the nearby train tracks and industrial concrete versus the sleek exterior of the building creates a unique environment that will excite attendees before your event even starts.
Spaces
There are five distinct meeting spaces within Venue 252, all of which can accommodate your meeting goals. Ranging in size from the small, 345-square-foot green room to the 9,000-plus square foot Grand Hall, the opportunities are endless.
The Grand Hall is the largest of the spaces and can accommodate large events with ample room for custom stage installations and other configurations. The large balcony overlooking the Grand Hall provides additional space for attendees, photographers and others who want a unique view of the space.

The Gallery is contemporary, intimate and is perfect for smaller gatherings or to add another aspect of space to the Grand Hall. This space is equipped with four large flat-screen TVs that are the perfect accompaniment for all of your audio and visual needs.

The Mezzanine Lounge is elevated, chic and serves as the hip middle-ground for open-ended social events. This space has comfortable, modern furniture that sits on an elegant brown, wood floor. The Mezzanine is included when you reserve the Grand Hall, but it is not wheelchair accessible.

The Green Room is a secluded and private space that is ideal for those who need a quick recharge. This small space has a private bathroom, ample closet space and a 360 degree mirror.

The Lobby is funky, upscale and is the perfect place to welcome attendees. Attendees will be impressed when they see the beautiful, moveable wooden doors and elegant design that is consistent throughout the venue. There is more than enough space for registration tables, food and beverage spreads and more.

Venue 252’s trained chefs and servers are certified ServSafe, which sets the highest standard for food-service training. They also have OLCC- licensed servers to provide and serve wine, beer and spirits. Attendees will be impressed with both the service and delicious menu options. They have a total of five menus which include breakfast, lunch, bistro, appetizers and dinner. Some of the popular lunch entrees include chicken au savage and grilled mahi-mahi.
