EUGENE, OR — Claim 52 Brewing, an innovative force in Oregon's craft beer scene, announced plans to consolidate its brewing operations and tasting room at 232 Lincoln Street in Eugene's Whiteaker neighborhood. The move, scheduled for late spring, will bring all aspects of Claim 52's operations under one roof while expanding its capacity for community events and gatherings.
The Lincoln Street location will serve as both a production facility and taproom, allowing Claim 52 to streamline its operations while enhancing the customer experience. The new space will feature an expanded events area, creating opportunities for community gatherings, live music, and unique events.
"This move represents an exciting evolution for Claim 52," said owner Jeremiah Marsden. "As a beer enthusiast and craftsman at heart, I'm thrilled to create a space where our brewing operations and hospitality experiences can coexist and complement each other. This new location will allow us to better serve our community while continuing to push the boundaries of our brewing program."
Consolidating brewing operations and tasting room services will enhance Claim 52's ability to deliver unique craft beer experiences. "Bringing our brewing and serving operations under one roof creates an incredible opportunity for education and engagement," said Aaron Brussat, Head of Brewing Innovation.
"Claim 52’s move to the former Wildcraft Cidery location is an exciting development," said Andy Vobora, Vice President of Stakeholder Relations at Travel Lane County. "Visitors to our region—whether for vacation, a conference, or a sports event—have access to outstanding craft beer experiences throughout the Eugene, Cascades & Coast region. Many may not realize the deep history of craft brewing here, but after visiting breweries like Claim 52, they leave with a greater appreciation for the craftsmanship and passion that go into creating exceptional beer."
The new Lincoln Street location places Claim 52 in Eugene's fermentation district alongside some of Eugene’s best craft beverage producers, including The Wheel Apizza Pub, Oregon Wine Lab, and Oakshire Brewing, further strengthening the Whiteaker neighborhood's reputation as a destination for craft beer and wine enthusiasts.
Claim 52 will continue operations at its current locations until the move is completed. Updates about the transition and opening celebrations will be shared on Claim 52's social media, newsletter, and website.
