Eugene, OR - Clarissa Warrick joined the Travel Lane County team as a Visitor Services Manager. This position manages programs and visitor center operations that inspire visitors and residents to stay and travel throughout the Eugene, Cascades & Coast region. Clarissa will assist visitors in planning trips, finding accommodations and accessing recreational activities, inspire local residents and frontline workers to take pride in their community and model excellent customer service which ensures a professional and friendly experience for customers.

Clarissa is a lifelong Oregonian and studied biochemistry at the University of Oregon. She worked for a decade at Atlantic Aviation located at the Eugene Airport and most recently worked with the Kendal Auto Group.

Travel Lane County is excited to welcome Nicolle Anderson as a Visitor Services Specialist. The Visitor Services Specialist inspires travelers to extend their stay in the Eugene, Cascades & Coast region and visit more than one part of our region through exceptional customer service, accurate information, and passion for the diverse recreational, cultural and culinary activities throughout the Eugene, Cascades & Coast region. This position also provides office support and is the primary receptionist for Travel Lane County’s administrative office.

Nicolle is a University of Oregon graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and Tourism and a minor in Economics. Her work experience includes international positions in Argentina and Australia. She most recently worked with the Pape Group. Nicolle has lived in Lane County for 31 years and enjoys backpacking and camping.
