Eugene, OR - Travel Lane County is excited to announce the addition of three staff members and the promotion of two staff members to new roles in the organization.

J.B. Carney Senior Director, Sports
J.B. oversees the Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission, focusing on growing the local sports event economy through excellent sales and services programs and effective target marketing. J.B.'s professional experience as a general manager and director of sales at a variety of hotel properties dates back to 2005. He holds a Bachelor's degree and Master's of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.

Ella Perez Director of Event Operations, Sports
Ella supports sports sales efforts and assists sports event planners in promoting, planning, and conducting the best possible event for their organization. A native of Eugene, Ella holds a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University and a Master's degree from the University of Texas. Her work experience includes event and operations management at the university level, for collegiate conferences, and the College Football Playoff.

Megan Temple Senior Director of Partner & Community Engagement
Megan manages all Travel Lane County partner data, administration and communications, organizes partner events and trainings, and assists with editing print publications and partner-related content on the website. She also oversees Visitor Center operations and staff. A native Oregonian, Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwest Christian University and holds a Master's degree from Bushnell University.

Joshua Dichoso Visitor Center Manager
Joshua relocated from the island of Guam in 2021. With a strong retail sales background and a passion for visitor services, Joshua oversees Travel Lane County's visitor center.

Brian Saunders Convention Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Brian assists the Conventions team in both sales and marketing efforts. Brian graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Geography and came to Oregon to participate in the Resource Assistance for Rural Economies (RARE) Americorps program through the University of Oregon.
