Farmers' Markets & Farm Stands

Farmers' markets are a great place to shop for fresh veggies, fruit, eggs and grass-fed meats. In the Eugene, Cascades & Coast region, weekly farmers' markets are a staple in almost every community. And during the summer, drive scenic back-country roads to shop farm stands or gather berries at u-pick farms. The roadside farm stands along Eugene's River Road (toward Junction City) are particularly abundant. Shop at Camas Country Mill Store & Bakery for locally-grown wheat or GloryBee for local honey. Explore our locovore culture for seasonal highlights and culinary celebrations.

Market Calendar

Farmers' markets and festivals celebrate the local abundance of the Willamette Valley. U-pick farms allow visitors to walk into the fields and select their choice of fresh fruits including berries, apples, peaches, cherries and rhubarb. In the fall, several farms have pumpkin patches where customers can choose their own pumpkins or walk among apple orchards and taste the fresh apple cider.
