Spa Bliss

Published: May 01, 2021

Escape into a soothing spa setting. From massage therapy to relaxing facials, here are a few Eugene day spas offering wellness services that will melt stress away.

Please note: Current guidelines may impact services, so please note that spa experiences may be presented differently from spa to spa, and from the last time you visited. One common change is that complimentary beverages and chocolates may temporarily be restricted. Another nuance is that waiting rooms and lounges are closed. Guests are asked to wait outside or in their vehicles until their appointment. Some spas may require temperature checks prior to entering.

The Pearl Day Spa

Located in mid-town Eugene, The Pearl occupies a charming historic house with individual appointment rooms. Right now there are limits on the number of appointments and available treatments, but you can still enjoy that spa feel with relaxing music, heated towels and soft lighting. The Pearl Day Spa consistently ranks first for the Register Guard readers' choice awards. Massages include aromatherapy, with your choice of lemongrass, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, basil or tangerine. Waxing and nail care are also offered here.

A Healing Space

Step into a Japanese-style sanctuary on the edge of the Whiteaker neighborhood. Individual treatment rooms edge a quiet interior "courtyard" with indoor rock gardens, plants and a water feature. Wellness services include chiropractic, massage, cupping, flower essence therapy and frequency specific microcurrent therapy. The mellow vibes at A Healing Space embrace you as soon as you enter, and all is right in the world for the next sixty to ninety minutes.

Bello Day Spa & Salon

Think hot stone massages, hydrafacials and blowouts... this upscale day spa in Crescent Village is the perfect destination for pampering. Treat your besties to a Bello Day Spa gift certificate, or yourself to a manicure/pedicure treatment. They offer fun, themed seasonal specials like mint truffle or CBD "sole revival" pedicures in a sleek setting. Afterwards, grab some take out from one of the nearby restaurants so you won't have to lift any of those perfectly painted nails to make dinner.

The Seasons Spa and Salon

This downtown Eugene beauty parlor hosts independent contractors for a range of services from hair, lash extensions and manicures and pedicures to waxing, facials and massage. Nestled in a historic house, The Seasons salon offers attentive and expert salon services in a charming and friendly atmosphere. Arriving, it evokes the feeling that you've come for tea at a neighbors' well-appointed home, and have several pleasant hours ahead for relaxing and chatting. Minus the tea cup, it is just that!

Gervais Salon & Day Spa

Right in Eugene's market district, Gervais caters to guests at the Inn at the 5th boutique hotel as well as local residents. The front half is a busy, high fashion hair salon, but step into the interior rooms for that quiet spa experience. Using Aveda products, this top-notch salon destination is a favorite for getting all dolled up for important occasions. Some spa services are not currently available due to protocols.

D.I.Y. Spa

Prefer to self-pamper at home? Pick up body care products such as lotions, essential oils, herbs, salves, tea and more at Mountain Rose Herbs. Select some special chocolates from Euphoria Chocolate Company, wine from a local vintner like Sweet Cheeks Winery or a cocktail kit from Heritage Distilling Co. Round out your spa kit with candles from Down to Earth, such as their "beeswax Goddess" candle; comfortable slippers from Burch's and music from your favorite local artists.
