McKenzie River Whitewater Rafting
Monday, July 15 and Wednesday, July 17
4:30 - 9:30 p.m
Package includes 10-mile river trip, round-trip transportation from the Graduate Hotel, generous sack dinner (sandwich, chips, apple, cookies, mint, water), and modest guide gratuity.
Minimum of four participants required. $90 each. A 21% discount on an adventure offered only to NIFDI conference attendees.
You may pay with cash or via Venmo or credit card.
The first three miles of the 10-mile river trip give us time to get used to the river and a quick lesson in team paddling. Just in time to experience some great wave-train rapids with lots of wet whitewater excitement. Take in the natural beauty of the McKenzie River as you make your way through Brown's Hole, dropping you into a pool of effervescent turquoise. After a few more gentle rapids, you will reach Marten's Rapids, the most famous in the series of rapids. This is what you have been waiting for and the exclamation point to the trip! Enjoy!
