2024 OBRA Road Racing Championships
Welcome – cyclists, spectators and volunteers!
We are excited to welcome the 2024 Oregon Bicycle Racing Association Road Racing Championships to the Eugene, Cascades & Coast region. Athletes from Pacific Northwest will experience some of the best road riding in the country courtesy of Twilight Operations. Our Sports Commission is here to help with the event and provide resources and information for cyclists, spectators and volunteers.
Course Highlights
The course is an 18.7mi/30km clockwise loop through the Lorane Valley with one gradual climb, some fast flats and one steep climb before a speedy descent to a fast, flat finish. The course uses the following roads: Bailey Hill Rd., Lorane Hwy, Territorial Hwy, Briggs Hill Rd, and Spencer Creek Rd. Cyclists will also ride right by Sweet Cheeks Winery, one of the most beautiful wineries in the Willamette Valley.

Hungry? There are great places to eat nearby! For quick foods to go and walk up windows, visit a Cafe Yumm! (multiple locations), Mandy's Burgers or Newman's Fish & Chips. For a food court atmosphere with restaurant options, visit 5th Street Public Market and Market Alley in downtown Eugene, Oakway Center in North Eugene and PublicHouse in Springfield.

After the Race Adventures
Looking for somewhere to visit during your time in Lane County? After the race, make the time to explore the area. Explore Springfield's Main Street or indulge in incredibly good food and drink dished up in the metro centers or the region's many small communities. Consider spending a day exploring the many waterfalls in the mountains or taking a trip to the coast to cool off and enjoy the ocean air.
