The Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission invites you to participate in this exciting full-day conference! This annual event welcomes sports event planners, leaders of sports organizations, sports venue and facility operators, vendors and others from the Oregon sports community for a full-day conference meant to educate, support and inspire event planners to achieve success.

Registrations include a welcome continental breakfast, full access to all sessions, keynote lunch, and networking reception. Register early as the event is expected to sell out!


Event Policies

Cancellation Policy: 

  • All registration cancellations and refund requests submitted by the participant more than 7 calendar days (1 week) prior to the scheduled event, will be awarded a full refund.
  • A full refund or credit toward a future Summit event will be issued to all participants in the event that the Oregon Sports Summit cancels the event for any reason other than inclement weather.
  • If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather or dangerous road conditions, the event will be rescheduled and paid registrations will be applied to the rescheduled event.

Substitution Policy:

If you find that you are unable to attend the Summit, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place. There is no fee to make this change, but all requests will need to be received by Monday, April 6, 2020.  All registration substitution requests and questions can be sent directly to

Inclement Weather Policy:

If the event is held, but weather conditions prohibit your safe travel so you are unable to attend, please notify the conference organizer at at within 24 hours of the event beginning. If you cancel your registration due to inclement weather, we are unable to provide a full refund – instead we can transfer your paid registration to the following year's event.

Photography Policy:

The Oregon Sports Summit is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, or news organizations from photographing, video or audio-taping some conference activities. Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission reserves the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness on social media and/or in future marketing materials. Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission is not responsible for individual attendee’s use of your image or likeness.
