The Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission invites you to participate in this exciting two-day conference that will be packed with knowledge, and will inspire current and potential sports events planners to create and further develop their sports events to reach new heights. Network and collaborate with local and regional sports event planners, venue facilities, sports organizations and vendors!

Parking: Attendees will park in the hotel parking lot adjacent to the hotel - all parking is complimentary.
Attire: Dress is business casual.
One-day and two-day registration passes will be available for purchase.
Friday registrations will include a welcome continental breakfast, full access to all sessions, keynote lunch, and networking reception.
Saturday registrations will include a welcome continental breakfast, full access to all sessions, networking opportunities, and a keynote lunch.
A processing fee will be added to all registrations at checkout.

^A group consists of attendees who are a part of the same organization / league. Group tickets are purchased in a qty. of a minimum of 5.
A limited number of day of registrations may be available.
The Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission is happy to extend a limited number of full and partial scholarships to qualified applicants who have a financial need and would like to attend the Oregon Sports Summit.
The deadline for scholarship opportunities has passed.
- All registration cancellations and refund requests submitted by the participant more than 7 calendar days (1 week) prior to the scheduled event, will be awarded a full refund.
- A full refund or credit toward a future Summit event will be issued to all participants in the event that the Oregon Sports Summit cancels the event for any reason other than inclement weather.
- If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather or dangerous road conditions, the event will be rescheduled and paid registrations will be applied to the rescheduled event.
All event registration cancellation requests must be received in writing and sent to Jessica@EugeneCascadesCoast.org. Please call 541.743.8765 with any questions regarding the cancellation policy.
Inclement Weather Policy:
If the event is held, but weather conditions prohibit your safe travel so you are unable to attend, please notify Jessica Shefferman at Jessica@EugeneCascadesCoat.org within 24 hours of the event beginning. If you cancel your registration due to inclement weather, we are unable to provide a full refund – instead we can transfer your paid registration to the 2019 event.
If you find that you are unable to attend the Summit, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place. There is no fee to make this change, but all requests will need to be received by Monday, January 22, 2018. All registration substitution requests and questions can be sent directly to Jessica@EugeneCascadesCoast.org.
The Oregon Sports Summit conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, or news organizations from photographing, video or audio-taping some conference activities. Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission reserves the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness on social media and/or in future marketing materials. Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports Commission is not responsible for individual attendee’s use of your image or likeness.
